Pork Dumplings
Traditional Pork Dumplings made with napa cabbage and green onions then served steamed or fried with a decadent gyoza!
Hummus
Classic chick pea hummus served with chips, veggies, pita bread, or a combination of the three. Add roasted red pepper for some extra flavor!
Brie Bites
Mini morsels of cheesey goodness! Puff pastry filled with brie and topped with cranberry sauce, and crushed pecans.
Baguette with Pesto
Homemade French Baguettes, sliced and served with our Garlic or Tomato Pesto! (Or both!)
Friut Salad
We take the freshest fruits we can find, cut them up and throw a touch of some of our favorite flavors like lime juice and cinnamon. It's like Mother Nature's candy! (Add yogurt to make it a bit more decadent!)
Greek Salad
Chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onions, kalamata olives, and english cucumber all topped with feta cheese and a house made dressing.
House Salad or Chef's Cob Salad
Leafy greens, tomatoes, shredded carrots and cabbage. Add hard boiled eggs, turkey breast, ham, and avocado for our combo of a Chef's Salad and Cob Salad. Served with your choice of Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Italian, Balsamic Vinaigrette, or Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Time to eat! Rice, pastas, curries, meats, sandwiches, and more! We recommend choosing more than one if there will be 20 or more people eating. It helps ensure everyone leaves happy!
Rice Dishes
Fried Rice
The classic! Peas, carrots, eggs, some green onions and your choice of shrimp, pork, chicken, beef , combination, or vegetarian. We do it right, with succulent rice and the perfect amount of that beloved smokey umami!
Dirty Rice
Classic Cajun Dirty Rice with the Holy Trinity of cajun cooking (White onion, Green Bell Pepper, and Celery), beef, sausage, and a bit of spice!
Jambalaya
Andouille sausage, Chicken thighs, and Shrimp cooked in savory rice with onions, green bell pepper, and celery, the holy trinity!
Pesto and Walnut Risotto
A classic risotto with house-made garlic-basil pesto and chopped walnuts. Add chicken, beef, or bacon!
Porcini Risotto with Bacon and Peas
Mushroom risotto made with white wine, Bacon, Peas, Parmesan Cheese, and garlic.

Pasta Dishes
Chicken Bacon Mac n' Cheese
A blend of 3 cheeses covering cellentani or elbow pasta with chicken, bacon, garlic, and onions generously topped with parmesan and bread crumbs.
Baked Ziti
A family recipe! Ziti baked with Italian sausage, house made tomato sauce, and parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Lasagna
Layers of marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, beef and sausage, and the well known large flat noodles. Some things never need to change.
Fettucini Alfredo
Italian-American food at it's finest! This cream based, cheese infused sauce goes well with chicken or shrimp. We like it with peas, but we'll leave that as an option if you're weary. *Add peas for a chef's favorite.
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Quality spaghetti, always al dente, served with our Classic House Tomato Sauce or Arrabiata and hand-rolled beef and sausage meatballs!
Meats and Meat Dishes
Roasted Chicken Breasts, Thighs, Drumsticks
After a mild brining we dry rub these birds and roast them to perfection! Add BBQ sauce or Teriyaki for extra tang!
The Infamous Junkie Burger
The unfortunate truth is most people take burgers for granted. The good news is we don't. These burgers don't need any toppings, but we'll serve them with mustard, ketch-up, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and bacon without taking it personally.

Corn Maque Choux
Standard Cajun side dish made with corn, green bell peppers, onions, red bell peppers, and spicy cajun seasoning.

Asian Fried Veggies
A mix of carrots, sugar snap peas, broccoli, red bell peppers, onion, and garlic roasted and lightly tossed in soy sauce.
Streamed Broccoli or Mixed Veggies
Any combination of broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, or zucchini, lightly salted and tossed.
Mac n' Cheese
A blend of 3 cheeses covering cellentani or elbow pasta with bacon, garlic, and onions generously topped with parmesan and bread crumbs.
